DIEGO: WHAT IS THE BRAND'S CORE ELEMENT?
Hi Diego, from my point of view, "the relentless pursuit of perfect quality is the core element that guides all our actions and decisions.
For us, quality is not just an empty word, but a constant commitment to offer our customers the best in every garment we produce.
This involves not only the careful selection of materials and meticulous attention to design details, but also the implementation of rigorous production processes and strict quality standards. From fabric selection to the final finishing of each garment, we strive to ensure that all aspects of our production process are aligned with our vision of quality.
But our pursuit of quality is not limited to garment manufacturing. We also strive to provide exceptional service to our customers, from customer care to fast shipping and easy returns. We believe that quality should permeate everything we do, at every level.
However, we continue to improve our weakest points.

VENTO: HOW DID YOU START? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AROUND?
Thanks for your question Vento, it all started back in 2020, just before the pandemic I started thinking about the concept and, above all, making it clear to myself what I would do. In August I did a first private drop, only for Friends & Family as a test (my circle's opinion has always been key in everything I've done).
After their approval, we released a public drop at the end of October that same year. From there, we didn't stop until January 2022 when, due to professional and personal circumstances, I paused the project until June 2022, when we released the Saint Orggeïl Season 2, which, in my opinion, marked a before and after in terms of concept and product.
Since then, growth has been exponential thanks to the loyal and healthy community we have been able to create around Orggeïl, but as I always say "there is still a lot to do and nobody gives anything away here".

Jorge: DID IT TAKE YOU A LONG TIME TO FIND THE QUALITY YOU WERE LOOKING FOR IN THE GARMENTS?
Hello Jorge, the answer to this question is somewhat relative. After three years of hard work at Orggeïl, we are still looking for ways to improve our garments and how to access the top suppliers in the market. We want to offer our customers the best, and that's why we are constantly evolving, in every sense.
There is a concept in the Japanese business world called "Kaizen" which refers to continuous improvement, that the perfect product does not exist, that it can always be improved, and that is what we apply to ourselves every collection.
We believe that our product, in terms of quality, is quite high in the current market, however, for us, each collection must be better than the previous one, and that speaks to how obsessed we are with quality, not only in terms of materials, but also in detail, structure, and fit. We are always looking for ways to elevate our product to the next level.
Fortunately, today we can say that we have consolidated ourselves in the market, and that has opened doors for us to access the best suppliers in the sector. With this, we are committed to materials of increasingly better quality. Always one step further, always growing and improving, this is a long-distance race.

MARIO: WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO BUY THE MEMBERS LONGSLEEVE FOR THE PUBLIC?
Hello Mario, many people have asked us the same question and the answer is NO.
The annual Members drop is for them, for all those who have faithfully supported us since the beginning of this adventure, so it would make no sense to make it public to everyone.
"Take care of those who take care of you" is something we stand by and apply with total transparency. If we say it's only for them, it's only for them.
However, if you want to access member garments, there is an easy solution: "Buy Orggeïl".
 A hug.

MIGUEL: HAS THE CLOTHING IMPROVED COMPARED TO THE LAST COLLECTION?

Hello Miguel, fashion is a world in constant evolution and change. We are always looking for ways to improve the product, the material, the pattern, the concept, the brand... the answer to the question is a resounding yes.
In each new collection, we always work to perfect the patterns, techniques, and materials of our clothing. We seek to achieve the best possible quality in each of them, offering our community a final product that lives up to what you deserve and, above all, that lives up to Orggeïl; always one step ahead. Beyond quality improvements, it is also important to highlight that we are always looking for new ways to innovate and offer unique and distinctive garments.
Currently, our T-shirts are 340 GSM 100% Organic cotton, and the sweatshirts are almost 600 GSM 100% Organic cotton as well. We have modified the fit and patterns of both garments to improve how they look and their aesthetics. All garment seams are reinforced, and the washes are different for each garment to give it that unique feel.
I think these facts speak for themselves.
In this regard, our latest collection has introduced a special concept with high-quality, uniquely designed nylon cargo pants. These pants offer a modern and versatile alternative to traditional cargo pants. A pure masterpiece.
We are very excited for you to enjoy everything that's coming.
 Big hug.

2.- ADOLFO: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF BRANDS THAT TRY TO COPY YOU? I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT INSPIRATION, BUT LITERALLY COPYING.
Here, I divide my opinion into two variations. It's something I've spent a lot of time trying to understand, and often it has made me angry and frustrated to see someone try to copy you, but I think it's a waste of energy and time.
Personally, in my creative process, ideas come from two places: seeking inspiration from references from other brands, art, and a lot of music, or spontaneously. This means that everything I create falls into two categories: genuine ideas (those that arise spontaneously) and constructed ideas (those that come from taking references from existing creations).
1.- If they copy a "constructed idea," I don't think there should be a problem. After all, you are taking something that already exists and adapting it to your own style. So, it does generate annoyance because you're doing the next person's work for free, but I don't think you should take it personally, because the person from whom you initially took references might think the same of you.
2.- If they copy a "genuine idea," then I get angrier, but as I said at the beginning, I think it's a waste of time to argue about who came first. It's like trying to answer, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?"
Finally, it doesn't matter if you copy or are inspired by someone bigger or smaller; focus on your own thing, on your customers, on improving your product. The race is against yourself, not against the person next to you.
If they copy you, it's a good sign. Realize that they can't take the next step unless you take it first.
 Thanks for your question, Adolfo.

3.- ANTÓN: WILL YOU BE RAISING PRICES IN UPCOMING COLLECTIONS?
Hello Antón, that's a very interesting question.
The answer is yes, but there's an explanation.
Currently, we all know there's a huge inflation and prices are through the roof. This also affects us at the production level, however, we haven't raised prices due to that factor; that is, we've absorbed that increase ourselves.
The quality of the garments improves with each collection, that's an objective fact that you all appreciate. Better garments imply higher costs, and logically, if we invest time and money in improving the product, it wouldn't make sense to sell it at the same price, let's be honest, we don't work for free, hahaha.
Even so, the increase will be minimal; you won't even notice it. I know our product has a high price, but I don't think it's expensive for what we offer. The clothing is very good, customer service is personal, close, and effective... and looking at what's on the market and the prices they're selling at, it's not because it's my brand, but I think our value/price proposition is quite good.
"Better a little and good, than a lot and bad."
 Signed: Nicolás.
