First of all, keep calm. We have an entire capable team working hard on your return to make it as easy as possible.

Few tips for a successful return:

-You should write to

on an estimated time of 14 days since you receive the product.

-The product must be on perfect conditions, with the original packaging and without any sign of use.

-If you already contacted with us, you will have a reply in 48h time limit, with the specific terms for your return.

-When we receive your product returned, we will proceed to check it as it must meet the standards before mentioned. In case everything goes alright, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid as credit for our website. This amount will not include transport cost and other associated costs that the return process may contain.

We will also offer gift cards or changes between products as aditional methods for returns.

In case the product you have acquired belongs to pre-order drops, we will only refund as a gift card to be used on our website.
